As of April 1, 2025, Coleman’s recycling program will be managed by Circular Materials, a national not-for-profit organization that is committed to building an efficient and effective recycling system in Ontario.

Be recycle ready
- Recycling curbside collection is every second Tuesday.
- Give containers a quick rinse to remove any residue before placing them for recycling.
- Flatten all boxes before placing them for recycling.
What’s accepted
- Paper Products: newspapers, magazines, computer paper, pamphlets, flyers, envelopes, writing paper, cardboard, boxboard, cereal boxes, old corrugated cardboard, tissue boxes, soup boxes and shoe boxes, etc.
- Aluminum and steel cans
- Glass jars and bottles
- Plastic containers: plastic containers labeled with # 1 – 7
- Milk and juice cartons
- Tetra-paks such as juice boxes
- Aluminum foil and plates
- Wax paper
- Paper towels
- Waxed grocery boxes
- Coat hangers, metal pots and pans
- Drinking glasses, cups, dishes, window glass, light bulbs, mirrors, pottery, glass pots and pans, make-up jars
- Plastic material which does not have the #1-7 recycling symbols.
- Wood
- Food and organics
