Éco Entreprises Québec enables companies and organizations subject to the Loi sur la qualité de l’environnement to fulfil their legal obligations to manage the packaging and paper extended producer responsibility in Québec.
Program overview
Designated as a Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) in 2022, Éco Entreprises Québec (ÉEQ) develops, manages and provides circular economy solutions to the curbside recycling system in Québec from a sustainable development perspective on behalf of its member producers. ÉEQ places eco-design, recyclability and traceability at the core of all actions with its partners.
