October 2, 2026 – Following thoughtful consideration, Allan Cosman, Circular Materials’ Board of Directors Chair has advised the Board of his decision to step down as Board Chair effective December 7, 2026. Allan wishes to decrease his business commitments so he can have significantly more personal time. We respect Allan’s decision and are deeply appreciative of the leadership, commitment, and strategic guidance he has provided to the organization. We look forward to his continued counsel and support as the Board advances its succession planning process.

Over the coming months, Allan will remain as the Board Chair and have an instrumental role in supporting a successful transition to his successor. The Board has activated its succession and governance continuity processes and is committed to a thoughtful and orderly leadership transition. Working closely with the Chair and CEO, the Board will oversee the next steps in identifying and appointing a successor while ensuring ongoing stability, effective governance and continuity of strategic direction.
