This recycling container form is for Ontario residents (excluding City of Toronto residents) who are requesting an additional recycling container to meet their household recycling needs.
Please note, we recommend that you use your current recycling container for a period of 90 days to determine your recycling needs before submitting a request for an additional container. It is common for a residence to experience significant seasonal variability in recycling needs and increased volume over the holiday period. As a reminder, Blue Box materials, particularly cardboard, must be broken down and flattened to support using recycling container space most efficiently.

If the volume of blue box material generated by the residence is shown to consistently exceed the capacity of the containers provided, there is no additional cost for an additional recycling container.
For residents who require a new recycling container for a newly built home, please note, your local community/municipality will advise Circular Materials of new builds in each local community which require residential services including garbage and recycling collection. A recycling container will be delivered to new residences upon this notification.
