Circular Materials is pleased to announce the appointment of Allan Cosman as the new Chair of its Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2025. Prior to starting his role as Chair, Allan has been serving as a Director of the Circular Materials Board since July 2025.

We look forward to Allan bringing that experience and expertise to our Board.”
Allan brings over 50 years of experience driving organizational development and leading business transformation initiatives to advance vision-based strategies and market leadership. Allan is the former President and CEO of Ferrero Canada Ltd. Additionally, for the past nine years, he has operated his own consulting firm, where he coaches CEOs, develops strategic plans and builds advisory boards for small and mid-sized entrepreneurial businesses.
Allan has also worked as the Chair of multiple Boards, including Ferrero Canada Ltd., Food & Consumer Products of Canada (FCPC) and Food Banks of Canada. In 2024, Allan was inaugurated into the Grocery Industry Hall of Fame for his long-term contribution and leadership to the businesses he has served in the industry and the not-for-profit sector.
