Circular Materials, as a producer responsibility organization (PRO) operating a post-collection system on behalf of its producers, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to pick up Circular Materials’ share of collected material from receiving facilities and precondition the material.
Submissions are due by Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 4 p.m. (“Proposal Closing Time”).
