What Ontario’s Blue Box Regulation Means for Producers

Ontario’s new Blue Box Regulation under the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2016 makes producers financially and operationally responsible for the collection and management of Blue Box materials supplied to consumers as of July 1, 2023.

By joining Circular Materials, you’ll receive the compliance services and support needed to meet the targets and requirements of the Regulation.
