Materials Regulation under the\u00a0<em>Clean Environment Act<\/em>\u00a0to establish an extended producer responsibility program for packaging and paper products in New Brunswick.<\/p><p class=\"fndry-paragraph\">The 2026-2028 Circular Materials\u2019 New Brunswick Stewardship Plan for Packaging and Paper was approved by Recycle NB.<\/p><p class=\"fndry-paragraph\">On November 1, 2023, Circular Materials, the producer responsibility organization in New Brunswick, launched the New Brunswick transition to
