    To be\u00a0exempt under the Regulation<\/a>, you must be:<\/p>

    1. A charitable organization as defined in the Charitable Fund-raising Act; or<\/li>
    2. Any other producer with annual gross revenue in Alberta less than the threshold specified by the bylaws; or<\/li>
    3.
