Collection Services Request for Proposals

As part of Ontario’s transition of blue box services from municipalities to producers, Circular Materials Ontario, as the Common Collection System (CCS) Administrator, and Reverse Logistics Group (RLG), as the CCS Operator, are releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for services to collect blue box material from residences and facilities and to pick up blue box materials from depots.

If you are interested in responding to the Collection RFP, please complete the Registration Form and the Confidentiality Agreement specific to the RFP below, and email both completed documents to RFP@circularmaterials.ca. Once we receive a proponent’s completed Registration Form and Confidentiality Agreement, we will forward a link to the Collection RFP and related documents.
